Usability updates for YSP

I noticed a couple of bugs and some usability issues at yoursportpools.com, I've made some changes to make it easier to navigate when logged in.

Yoursportpools ready for new NHL season

After some work with yoursportpools.com I've made it ready for the new NHL season. While at it I also fixed the trade system so that users can trade players that are not performing. Create your free hockey pool now!
